History

  • SuitePlus was born to be Netsuite’s distributor in Brazil - and created the Brazilian localization. Cloud was a promising new technology but was faced with suspicion. Even so, there were several early clients (Sociesc, Groupon, Kawasaki, Sebrae-SP, OLX among others). From there, early adopter Google customers came and all became obsessed by tech.
  • Bringing real innovations, our first projects were born with CNA and SENAR. The fruits of the achievements revolved around delivering more with less. Less people and more intelligence and technology. That was Rezolve's DNA.
  • SuitePlus decided to focus and generated a spinoff for special projects. Rezolve was born on NOV 15, 2015. Fast and quality deliveries have become the standard ever since.
  • Rezolve expands SNN and ATeG (products), now serving 15 states with each product. SuitePlus is acquired by Avalara, which now offers products worldwide. Netsuite is acquired by Oracle.
  • Worst crisis in Brazilian history and Rezolve continues to expand and contract new clients. At the moment, the company reinforces its focus on special projects and reaching new clients.
    SNN and ATeG (products) pass 3K users. We migrate to a brand new office and our mantra becomes increasingly clear: "Consider it done".
